About Us

The ABC Insurance Trust and its subsidiary ABC Insurance Services, Inc. provide employee benefits, plans, and services to ABC member companies and chapters. The Trust has more than 60 years of experience helping construction companies navigate the everchanging benefits landscape. The Trust staff includes noted experts on employee benefit design, compliance, prevailing wage regulations and other benefits issues that impact the construction industry. The Trust is owned by its participants and is well known for its unique proprietary plans, top shelf customer service and commitment to helping ABC members improve their benefits offerings.

Trustees

The ABC Insurance Trust is governed by 7 Trustees who meet at least 3 times per year. The Board of Trustees is comprised of owners or key employees of ABC member companies that participate in one or more of the Insurance Trust’s plans. They are responsible for overseeing the Trust’s operations, setting rates, and evaluating plan design changes. They also review and oversee the Trust’s investment policy and investment management, establish an annual budget and review the Trust financials. Trustees also serve on one or more subcommittees including the Budget & Finance, Education & Communication and the Steering Committees.
